Questions & Answers

You've Got Questions. I've Got Answers.

If you're new to fitness, returning after a long break, or simply curious about how this works — you're in the right place.

Not at all! Every program begins wherever you are today. Whether you haven't exercised in years or you're looking to build on an existing routine, we start at your level and progress at your pace. The first session is about understanding where you are so we can build a plan that fits you perfectly.

Yes — wholeheartedly. Many of my clients are beginners, and I specialize in creating a comfortable, encouraging environment where you can learn, grow, and build confidence without ever feeling intimidated or overwhelmed.

Absolutely. In fact, many of my clients are active retirees and seniors. My programs focus on functional strength, balance, mobility, and confidence — all the things that help you live independently and enjoy life to the fullest. Every exercise is adapted to your ability and progressed safely.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely — think athletic pants, shorts, a t-shirt or tank top, and supportive shoes. There's no dress code and no need for fancy workout gear. Just come as you are.

This depends on your goals, schedule, and body. Most clients start with 2–3 sessions per week and adjust from there. During your consultation, we'll discuss what frequency makes sense for your lifestyle and goals. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Not at all — yoga is one of the services I offer, but it's completely optional. Some clients only do personal training, some do only yoga, and some combine both. Your program is built around your preferences and goals.

Yes — one-on-one personal training is the core of what I do. These sessions give you my full, undivided attention so we can focus entirely on your form, your progress, and your goals. Group classes are also available if you enjoy the community energy.

Your first session is a friendly, low-pressure consultation. We'll talk about your health history, your goals, any concerns you have, and what you want to achieve. Then we'll do some gentle movement assessments so I can understand how your body moves. It's a conversation — not a test.

I ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens — just let me know as soon as you can, and we'll find another time that works.

The studio is at 3099 Trailside Drive in Indian Land, SC 29707. There's plenty of free parking right outside — no stairs, no long walks from the car, and easy access into the studio.

Pricing varies based on the type of session, frequency, and any package options. During your free consultation, we'll discuss what works best for your goals and budget. There's never any pressure — just an honest conversation about what's right for you.

Yes, and working around injuries is something I do regularly. I'll work with you to understand your history and modify exercises so you can build strength safely without aggravating old injuries. Always check with your doctor before starting any new fitness program.
